Product Description

Ring 14 High Static Pressure LED Radiator Fan: Thermaltake has released the new Ring 14 LED Series, a 140mm fan fitted to enhance static pressure that produces impressive cooling performance with an optimized fan blade. In addition, an anti-vibration mounting system strengthens the stability during operation. The patented LED Ring maintains color and brightness uniformity; the lighting effect is visible from all sides and angles. The four-colored LED ring (in blue, red, white, and green) adds style to the chassis.

Product Features

Great Thermal Image Test Result: Compared to the standard case fan, the combination of three Ring radiator fans and RL360 radiator delivers 40% better cooling performance. (Inlet and outlet temp. are 49℃ and 44.5℃ in respective, △T= 4.5℃). Air flow - 51.15 CFM. Noise level - 24.1 decibels

Concentrated Compression Blade: Custom designed for high-static pressure requirements of demanding applications like radiators, the CCB is engineered to focus the inner circle of air outwards, allowing the outer section to pressurize and compress.

Wind Blocker Frame: To achieve maximum static pressure in all applications, this reduces the blade's noise and vibration, creating a perfect balance between power and sound by creating a compression effect and blocking any pressure from escaping.

Great quality and nice low led lights. Nothing crazy just good cooling and a nice fresh look.I got two of these bad boys to replace the single stock intake fan that came With my lancool 205m case. The light is pretty low profile, just adds a nice bit of glow to the case. Both cpu and gpu had been running at around 77c under load and are now running at or under 65c. I can’t hear them at all over my air conditioning. These come with high quality feeling long cables as well as some adapters and different screw types. These will be my go-to for fans that feel a little fancy but don’t look gaudy. Love the yellow. Not the cheapest but very easy on the wallet without a sacrifice in good quality.Used this to fix my nephews computer fans that died. Used these to replace his liquid cooler fan. I used 2 in a push pull config attached back and front of the cpu liquid cooling radiator. His computer is much better and has great led effect.I purchased a Thermaltake Core x71 case which had two of these fans in the front for intake and one in the rear of the case for exhaust. I installed a Cooler Master Hyper 212 for the CPU. I decided I wanted a few more exhaust fans and wanted them to match. The two I purchased matched exactly. This item comes with the necessary hardware to mount the fans bothin the front of a case or the top, bottom or rear. I mounted two of these fans to the top of the cause and they were mounted as exhaust fans - the model number sticker on the fan's center (as opposed to such the fan brand label on the other side) was facing out of the case. These are quite in my opinion and worked right away.Very pleased and highly recommend.Quiet works great...I really love this "ice blue" color of this fan. it is almost and "aqua" color. It should be noted that this fan does not throw out a lot of light. You are not going to illuminate much with it, but the fan itself has a nice even "glow" and is very quiet and very solid. Note that it hasa three pin attach, but will fit on a four pin slot.I have bought the both the riing 12 and 14 models. These are fantastic fans. With regards to the riing 14 models I have bought multiple of these fans over the last few years. They are very reliable and even my older ones are still functioning quietly and efficently. There are few things one should note before using these though.-These fans are more or less meant for being case only fans (I'm sure they would function fine as radiators for AIOs but they are still only 3 pin fans)-They are high static pressure so they are able to punch through a decent amount of filters with little to no issuesWith those things out of the way it is time to get into the bulk of my review and into my thoughts about these fans after using them for about 5 or so years. The first thing I noticed about these fans is that at 100% they are decently noisy, but this is fairly unsurprising given their size. However, this is where some of you might be worried to buy them. Don't less this dissuade you from buying these fantastic fans. Even at 80% power these fan pump out an absolutely tremendous amount of air (borderline ridiculous amount) and at 80% they are nearly silent. My solution to the noise was simply taking them from my molex powered fan hub and plugging them into a fan header and the default curve took care of the rest (Brought it down from 100% power and a fair amount of noise to 65% and perfectly silent). Alternatively you can also use the low-noise adapter when plugging it into a hub but you will have to make sure to place it somewhere where heat (55C was what I was seeing with my probe) doesn't have the potential to harm your system. The final thing I would like to comment on is that these fans have very nicely lengthed cables so there is no need for extension cables even on the most large of builds. So far working fine as intended, also very quiet compared to my previous one.I am using it as a front intake but did not realise that this is a static pressure fan. It definitely pushes a reasonable amount of air and looks pretty while doing it nonetheless. I have it attached to a fan controller and note that the LED turns off whenever the fan is turned off.I am a bit disappointed however as I read that it was one of the quietest fans for its price, but it hasn't been the case. Installing it on the window resulted in a horrifying noise as it pulled air through the mesh and now screwed into the front it still has a faint vibrating hum that is very noticeable at high rpm (anything above ~800 really). Sadly the fans that came with the case (NZXT Phantom 410) are way better - not sure if they are just really good fans or this unit is just a bit poor when not used as a radiator fan.Bought these to fit the ITek Bi-Turbo case.CPU - RYZEN 1600 - STOCK COOLERGPU - RX 580 - ASUSThese fans look great, although the patented LED around the rim of the fan looks far better in pictures, and isn't so bright, I wasn't expecting it to light the case up, but to add aesthetic, which admittedly does exactly that. The fan's are great, fast and somewhat silent, once I adjusted the speeds to around 800rpm they are shifting a good amount of air and were nearly silent, keeping MB and CPU temps at a consistent 28-30c. The build quality and architecture can't be faulted, rubber grommets on each corner keep the fan secure and silent from vibration. I'd would buy again, but consider spending a little bit more if your after brighter RGB/LED's.Awesome quality PC fans, 2 x Riing 14 - 140mm models fitted in the front intake of my PC build. These fans give great performance, creating an extremely high flow of cold air whilst running quietly thanks to the silent run power extension cable (included). The quality feels great in these fans and their led light ring gives a more subtle yet impressive light hue to your build. I like them so much I have just ordered my 4th fan to complete my gaming pc.Amazing fan. End of only reason it didn't get 5 stars was because the fans seem a tad (only a tad) loud without the silence lead. but pushes a tremendous amount of air and will be soon getting more if the money provides :)Good look, wish I had got two. Black cabling helps
